Our coaching plans are fully personalized to deliver the outcomes you desire. Coaching terms typically range from a minimum of 6 months to 12 months and involve an extremely high-touch approach.
Step 1
Richard starts with a one-hour discovery call with you and one of his certified senior coaches to pinpoint the issues you want to solve and determine if we’re the right fit for you.
Step 2
We send a pre-coaching questionnaire to you and your team members, gathering additional perspectives on the issues at hand, to build a personalized coaching plan.
Step 3
We’ll conduct a one-hour strategy call with you and your team to clarify the root causes of issues, identify specific solutions, and set your coaching plan in place.
