Here we are, 63 workdays into the year, and with 250 total in 2026, we are at the end of the first quarter. Take a minute and ask yourself:
- Am I on track to hit my 2026 goals?
- Am I thinking there is plenty of time, so no rush?
- If I focused on three things I can do right now to improve and hit my goals, what would they be?
Why is this exercise important?
You deserve to hit your goals.
They are a promise you made to yourself.
A promise you made to your family.
A promise you made to your team.
A promise you made to all those teachers, leaders, friends who have always believed in you.
As Bill Parcells said, “Never let Good Enough Be Good Enough.”
Go forth and do what you do best—which is helping people find solutions, whatever they may be.
