This past Monday, July 31st, I was notified of my induction into the Customer Experience (CX) Hall of Fame. — I had no idea that some clients had nominated me or even that I was being considered.
The selection board stated, “Your exemplary work in the CX realm made your selection an obvious choice. Your leadership in the field, your passion for fostering connections between brands and customers, your innovative practices, the ability to deliver remarkable customer experiences and your commitment to the advancement of the customer’s experience have truly set you apart.”
I am still somewhat in shock as I don’t do what I do to receive awards. I do it so I can help more business professionals achieve their best success.
With the commoditization of the industry, the only true differentiator is the experience they have with you and your team. This weekend, I am presenting at LPL’s National Meeting, and then two days later, at Atria Wealth National Conference.
If you want your team to be able to influence people effectively and create clients for life, I would be honored to speak at your upcoming local, regional, or national meeting.
And if you were one of the anonymous clients that nominated me for this award – thank you and God bless you. Those words are nowhere near enough.
In the spirit of service,
Richard
