  • Upgraded University Building so you can bookmark every course and know exactly where to begin again. 
  • Added a Suggested Client Advisory Board Agenda & Topics to the University Resource Center.
  • Retaining New Advisors and Elevating Performance Video added to the University Library.
  • New CRM Client Data Capture Sheet added to the University Resource Center.
  • Dozens of Richard’s new educational articles have been uploaded.
  • The Accelerate Your Growth in the Affluent Market workbook has been fully updated with more tools, recommendations and instructions for the participant.
  • The Target Recruiting Quality People to Your Team workbook has been completely updated including 38 new tools in the Resource Center.
  • The Resource Center was further segmented and organized to make sure every tool is listed by the activity members want and need to execute.
  • An Updated Branding Survey was added to the Resource Center under Branding Tools for use with the coursework Articulate and Discover Your Competitive Advantage Distinctly AND Richard's NEW BOOK, The Power of Why - Breaking Out in a Competitive Marketplace is available on Amazon via www.PowerofWhy.net.
